Processing Time
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Made-to-Order Apparel
Some apparel items are made to order through our trusted production partners after your order is placed. This allows us to offer unique designs while reducing waste. Made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated delivery times shown on each product page include both production and shipping time.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We ship via Canada Post and Stallion Express. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 5–8 business days
- United States: 5–11 business days
- International: 8–16 business days
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available upon request for eligible Canadian and US destinations. Orders placed with expedited shipping are processed within 1 business day and typically delivered within 2–7 business days via Canada Post Xpresspost or equivalent express service. Please contact us at support@mehrgallery.ca before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@mehrgallery.ca and we'll investigate with the carrier.
