At Mehr Gallery, we offer handcrafted, curated pieces made in limited quantities, alongside select print-on-demand items. Each piece is selected for its unique character and craftsmanship.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To initiate a return, contact us at support@mehrgallery.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Eligible Returns
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund within 5–10 business days.
Handmade Items & Natural Variations
Many of our products are handmade or artisan-made. Because of the nature of handmade craftsmanship, individual pieces may have slight variations in texture, finish, colour, shape, positioning, or detailing. These variations are part of the character and individuality of each piece and are not considered defects.
Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry (hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Print-on-demand items (unless defective)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Store credit purchases are not eligible for cash refunds.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns including returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or an item not meeting personal expectations.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Mehr Gallery will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
