At Mehr Gallery, we offer handcrafted, curated pieces made in limited quantities, alongside select print-on-demand items.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To initiate a return, contact us at support@mehrgallery.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Eligible Returns
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry (hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Print-on-demand items (unless defective)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Store credit purchases are not eligible for cash refunds.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
